Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unopened and in original packaging, with seals intact where applicable.
• Free of damage beyond delivery and inspection.
• Accompanied by your order number or receipt from Greet and Deal.

2. Items We Cannot Accept Back

• Opened beverages or items with broken safety seals (unless defective).
• Final-sale items or products marked non-returnable on the product page.
• Items damaged by misuse, modification, or improper storage after delivery.
• Returns shipped without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) from our team.

3. How to Start a Return

1. Email muhammadiftikhar@greetanddealllc.com or use our Contact page with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
3. Pack the item securely in its original box when possible. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship to the address we provide. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping your receipt.

4. Refund Timing and Amount

• After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we provide a prepaid label for a verified defect or our error.
• Refunds cover the product price only; expedited shipping upgrades are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.

5. Defective or Damaged Orders

If an item arrives damaged, missing parts, or does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra shipping cost to you.

6. Exchanges

Need a different flavor, size, or style? Contact us before returning. When stock allows, we can exchange an eligible item for a different variant. Price differences are charged or refunded at checkout for the replacement order.
